An employee from the struggling Home Depot rival LL Flooring has revealed how the store 'tricks' customers into re-doing their homes. Tony Garcia, who is based in California, took to TikTok to share his internal knowledge of how the flooring giant operates. The worker explained that the corporation updates the clicking mechanism in its flooring every two to three year - forcing anyone with the older versions to replace the entire floor in case of any damage, rather than just the impacted planks.
