Netflix fans are obsessed with a new prison drama compared to The Godfather with 'phenomenal acting and chemistry'. Italian series, The Sea Beyond, recently hit the popular streaming platform despite premiering back in 2020. The drama follows two teenagers, Carmine (Massimiliano Caiazzo) and Filippo (Nicolas Maupas), in a juvenile detention centre in Naples. The 'young Neapolitans navigate friendship, love and dreams of a better tomorrow,' according to the synopsis.
