Stephen Curry was seenlimping off the courtafter a series of collisions during the fourth quarter in a 104-100 loss to theHouston Rocketson Wednesday. The first incident occurred when Curry attempted to take a charge against Rockets guard Amen Thompson but was knocked down, resulting in a blocking foul being called against him. Shortly afterward, Curry drove toward the basket for a layup and fell to the court, clearly in pain and forcing him to exit the game in the final minute.
After undergoing an MRI, the Warriors confirmed that Curry avoided any serious injuries. He is currently dealing with a quad contusion and a muscle strain, and he will be re-evaluated in a week.
