"And then Ben was really into working out. So when he and I started dating, I think that was probably the most I've ever worked out because it was something that I enjoyed doing with him," Duggar shared. "It was like a shared activity."

She added that their fitness routine changed after becoming parents. "I think we continued that on and off after baby number one and then a little less frequently after baby number two," Duggar said, noting that her husband Ben has always been more "consistent" with working out.

Jessa took her commitment a step further and hired a personal trainer to help with her "accountability" after George was born, she recalled, and used the same trainer after Edward's arrival.

"That was my very first time ever working out in pregnancy, which was huge for me," Duggar explained.

As for what she eats in a day, Duggar revealed that she makes eggs and toast for breakfast for the family "every day," adding that she will "never be sick and tired of it."

Duggar went on to credit her simple diet in her health journey, which includes vegetables, fruits, meat and a few grains, after speaking with a friend about their complicated nutrition habits.

"I guess it's the idea of eating till you're satisfied, not stuffed. Yeah. just like really portion control," Duggar added.

She concluded by noting that although her diet may be limited, she tries "not to feel too sorry for myself."

"I'm telling myself, you know what? This is for a season and it's good. Um, doing it all for you, boo," she said as she smiled and gave her baby boy a kiss. "He says, 'Thank you, Mom.' "
