Allman, 48, has been locked in a court battle with his famous mother over her intent to be appointed his conservator in place of his British rocker wife Marieangela 'Queeny' King, 36. Now DailyMail.com has obtained exclusive photos showing Allman drinking what looked like cocktails with a mystery blonde woman at the LA hotspot where he was living last summer before his latest spell in rehab.
