Accusations that a Secret Service agent sexually assaulted a staffer on Vice President Kamala Harris' campaign team is just the latest scandal to plague the agency. The incident allegedly happened while Harris staffers were dining and drinking at a local restaurant over the last week when they were in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to plan for an event that ultimately did not happen. The new report comes the same day the Senate released a report revealing a series of failures by the USSS ultimately allowed would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks to successfully land a shot in Donald Trump 's right ear.
