Ben Affleck is leaving the rental property he moved to during his marital struggles with Jennifer Lopez and heading to a new $20M pad. The actor, 52, has packed up the bachelor pad he has called home in recent months following the purchase of his own house in Brentwood amid his 'tricky' divorce. Ben and Jennifer announced their divorce in August citing irreconcilable differences and the Hollywood star had spent the months prior at the rental house.
