Heather Locklear kicked off her 63rd birthday celebrations on Wednesday by indulging in a frozen treat at Little Calf Creamery & Cafe, which is located not far from her $2M Thousand Oaks home. The Melrose Place alum - who was clutching two iPhones - was joined at the ice-cream shop by a woman she calls her 'one of my favorite single BFFs' as well as her beloved dog, Mister.
