Hurricane Helene is braced to make landfall in Florida today - threatening to bring catastrophic damage to homes in the Sunshine State. The storm was just updated to Category 4 Thursday evening, and is set to hit the state' Gulf Coast in a matter of hours. Category 4 storms are the highest level possible, bringing with it wind speeds of up to 130mph. The storm strengthened on top of the notorious Gulf, after reaching Category-3 status earlier in the day.
