Jennifer Lopez appears to be on the verge of making a large real estate purchase in the wake of her divorce filing from Ben Affleck. The actress-singer, 55, is currently exploring the potential of buying the famed Azria Estate in the luxe Los Angeles neighborhood of Holmby Hills, insiders told TMZ Wednesday. The perennial A-lister is 'close to striking a deal' on purchasing the 30,000 sq. foot estate, sources told the outlet, noting that she's offering in the $30 million-$39 million range for the home, which has a listing price of $55 million.
