Katy Perry and her fiancé Orlando Bloom couldn't keep their hands off each other as they locked lips on stage after he gave her the MTV Video Vanguard Award. The singer, 39, was honoured with the award for 'outstanding contributions and profound impact' on music videos at the MTV Video Music Awards on Wednesday. The gong was presented by her husband-to-be Orlando, 47, who paid a sweet tribute to his 'loving and irresistible' fiancée during his speech.
