A small-town Ohio pizza shop has gone viral for its generous Labor Day pay for all employees. Rego's Brickhouse Pizza in Fairport Harbor, Lake County, has announced a plan to split all of Monday's sales evenly among its hard-working staff. 'Tomorrow is Labor Day. What can I do to assure my employees feel respected and appreciated?' declared the shop's Facebook post. While many businesses offer measly discounts to staff, Rego's serves up a whopping 100 percent discount for its employees, the restaurant explained.
