Oldest house in San Francisco sold to music industry legend for $2 million
San Francisco's oldest home has been sold to a music industry legend for $2 million - adding to the estate's peculiar and much disputed history. The 3,483 square foot property was recently purchased by 52-year-old music industry legend, Jordan Kurland. Built around 1850, the home is known for its oft-disputed history, the most popular storyline follows a lovesick gentleman's quest to ship the home from New Orleans around Cape Horn.
