An Uber customer was shocked after she discovered the price of her Uber had doubled after booking the car on the ride-sharing app. Myah Elliot spotted the price difference while looking at her receipt the day after her 12-minute Uber ride in Los Angeles last July. Elliot explained in her TikTok video that she ordered an Uber so that she wouldn't have to wait for a bus. 'I opened Uber, and it said the ride was going to cost me $12.
