A Utah boy has been charged as an adult after an alleged family fight led to an explosive gun battle. A male juvenile was taken into custody on Sunday after officers responded to reports of a family feud 'that involved the discharge of a firearm,' the Duchesne County Sheriff's Office said. The suspect has been identified as Haegan Ray Sagers, 16, who has been charged with first-degree murder and felony discharge of a firearm, according to court documents obtained by KUTV.
