Maybe he's born with it - or maybe he's just an expert at applying eyeliner. Disgraced former Congressman George Santos has weighed in on Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance's striking eyeliner, adamant the the Republican nominee was not wearing makeup. While social media was ablaze with jokes likening his look to that of a teenage Miley Cyrus (dubbed as his inspiration), Santos took the X, formerly known as Twitter, to describe, in detail, the Ohio senator's striking appearance.
