This is the horrific moment a man appeared in the middle of a darkened road before he tired to get into a family's car. Jonathan Tsai, his wife and their two young children were traveling on Interstate 880 in Oakland, California, when the nearly-naked stranger ran towards their car Monday night, as reported by KTVU. Tsai's wife, who was in the driver's seat, stopped the car as she noticed that vehicles ahead were swerving.
