A Gucci employee-turned-influencer has been criticized after making a glaring gaffe in an Instagram post. Ella McFadin told her 241,000 followers she planned to use her first job at the fashion brand to 'climb the corporate latter', rather than ladder, in a story caption. Written over a photograph of herself sipping a dry gin martini at the bar, McFadin wrote: 'I worked at the Gucci corporate office as my first job out of college and my plan was to climb that corporate latter and stay in high fashion.
