Life in New York isn't cheap, and with rent prices rising a mom has left people gobsmacked after revealing she rents an extra apartment a month, just for some extra room. Mom-of-five Kristi regularly shares her day-today with her 366,000 TikTok followers, giving them a glimpse of what it's like to raise kids in the city. Despite the fact they currently live in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, which they pay $12,000 for, the family have now rented a place across the hall.
