North Dakota wildfire: Husband on way home to his pregnant wife dies in blaze
Wildfires blazing across North Dakota have killed two people, including a South African farmhand who was about to return to his home country for the birth of his daughter. Nicolaas van Eeden, 26, was driving to Tioga on Saturday when the smoke became too much, according to his wife Anke van Eeden who saw a state trooper's report. It's unclear exactly what happened, but the trooper found him alive and able to walk.
