Cardinals rookie Marvin Harrison Jr was left dazed - and briefly unable to stay upright - after he was concussed by a brutal blow to the head. The wide receiver, the No 4 overall pick in the NFL draft, had to be helped off the field after his helmet collided with the thigh of Green Bay linebacker Isaiah McDuffie. In worrying scenes, Harrison Jr could be seen climbing to his feet before he stumbled and fell back to the turf while McDuffie looked on in concern.
