Disturbing new footage shows the moment a masked robber assaulted an employee and stole cash from a popular Sacramento taco stand at gunpoint. Lisandro 'Chando' Madrigal, the owner of Chando's Tacos, detailed how a staff member had opened a door to take out the trash at closing time when the thief made his way in. Surveillance video shows the black hoodie, glasses and blue gloves wearing suspect pointing his gun at one woman's head while forcing her to empty the register at the Arden Way store on October 28.
