A Texas-based woman had started making grain-free tortillas in her kitchen for her autoimmune disease - and ten years later that passion would turn into a billion-dollar business. Veronica Garza, 43, along with her youngest brother Miguel, 37, founded Siete Food together after she was diagnosed with Lupus, said the company's website. Now the company has been bought by PepsiCo for $1.2billion. The first step to creating a billion-dollar tortilla business is having the right idea, Veronica told The Wall Street Journal.
