The passenger named Erica explained in a series of TikTok videos posted on December 29 that she and her partner were booted off their American Airlines flight. The couple had boarded their flight from Chicago to Austin, Texas, which had already been delayed for three hours, and sat down in their first class seats when the altercation began.
