A small plane crash has left multiple people injured in Philadelphia as shocking footage shows chaotic scenes on the ground where it came down. Videos posted to social media shows the chaotic scenes in the area of Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue amid the aftermath of the incident which happened just after 6pm. Fire crews were quickly on the scene but the fire was intense and the orange glow from the flame could be seen from some distance away.
