When shoppers see all those celebrity autobiographies piled up for sale how many of us realise that most have not been written by the famous name on the cover? More sophisticated readers may suspect that these famous actors, pop stars, chefs, soldiers and athletes have help from a ghostwriter, but do they have any idea how much?
