An illegal migrant who has been deported a staggering five times was arrested after police said he tried to kidnap a teenage girl at a store in Alabama on New Year's Eve. The Elmore County Sheriff's Office charged Yordy Noe Centeno-Melchor with second degree attempted kidnapping in connection with the December 31 incident in Holtville, according to court records cited by WAKA-TV. Sheriff Bill Franklin told WFSA that Centeno-Melchor, 31, tried to lure a 17-year-old girl into his car in the parking lot of a Boy's Store, a local grocery store in the small rural town.
