Paramount Plus' Landman brought its first season to a close with the finale on Sunday night, and fans had many strong reactions. The series centers on Tommy Norris (Billy Bob Thornton), the 'landman' for a fictional Texas oil company called M Tex, run by Monty Miller (Jon Hamm). The show from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan follows Tommy as he tries to balance both his volatile work life in an increasingly dangerous profession with his home life with fiery ex Angela (Ali Larter), daughter Ainsley (Angela Randolph) and son Cooper (Jacob Lofland).
