A man has captured the hearts of millions after he detailed the extensive planning that went into pulling off the perfect proposal. Barrington Dave, 29, from Dallas, Texas, explained on TikTok that he and his girlfriend, Kennedy Kinnard, were planning a trip to New York City during Christmas time. Barrington realized that the getaway would pose as a great place to pop the question, and set his sights on one of the most romantic spots in the city: the ice skating rink in front of the dazzling Rockefeller tree.
