Two Missouri police officers refused to help a dying suicide victim because their shift was about to end, sparking outrage. Footage from the September, 2023, incident shows former St. Louis Metropolitan Police officers Austin Fraser and Ty Warren responding after Urayoan Rodriguez-Rivera called 911 saying he was about to kill himself. Minutes after the call was placed, Fraser and Warren found Rodriguez-Rivera under a tree at Forest Park in St Louis, still breathing, after he shot himself in the head, as reported by First Alert 4.
