Horrific footage captured the moment the New Orleans terror suspect maneuvered around a police barricade and plowed through the unsuspecting crowd. Shamsud Din Jabbar, 42, a U.S citizen, drove a rental truck brandishing an ISIS flag into the crowd on Bourbon Street Wednesday morning, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens. Shocking new surveillance footage obtained by Fox 8 showed Jabbar driving the white Ford F-150 Lightning EV down Canal Street.
