Senator John Fetterman arrived at Capitol Hill for President Donald Trump's inauguration in a very daring outfit - opting for shorts despite the freezing cold weather. While other guests donned their best looks to watch the swearing in of the 47th President of America, the Pennsylvania senator wore a black Carhartt hoodie, gray gym shorts and ON sneakers despite the formality of the event. Fetterman, 54, was photographed sitting front row at the ceremony, with his legs spread in front of him.
