Stepmom charged with murder after toddler drowns in washing machine
A stepmom in Brazil has been charged with murder after a three-year-old girl drowned in a washing machine. Isabelly Oliveira Assumpção was left by her stepmother, Suzana Dazar dos Santos, on a plastic bench in front of the washing machine, which was full of water and toys, according to a CNN Brasil report. The little girl reportedly fell into the machine and drowned on May 7, 2022, which the Public Prosecutor's Office of Paraná have now 'classified as intentional homicide,' according to UOL.
