The Tennessee Titans landed the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft after finishing this season 3-14 - but GM Ran Carthon won't be given the chance to continue the team's rebuild. Titans president Amy Adams Strunk announced on Tuesday that the team was firing Carthon and bringing his two-year run as GM to an end. Brian Callahan will be remaining as head coach, Strunk added. 'I've loved the time I've spent with Ran.
