Donald Trump explained one of his more odd rally riffs during a rambling answer to a town hall question on Monday night. The former president often goes on a tangent about the fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter at his rallies when talking about the criminals that are in the U.S. thanks to the flow of illegal immigration over the southern border. At a town hall in Oaks, Pennsylvania, Trump ranted about how the 'fake news' doesn't understand why he brings up the fictitious killer.
