Evil serial killer duo's latest victim identified 40 years after their capture
California authorities have finally identified a previously unknown victim of a pair of serial killers, 40 years after they were arrested. The Calaveras County Sheriff's Office announced last week that 28-year-old Reginald 'Reggie' Frisby was one of at least a dozen victims of serial killers Leonard Lake and Charles Ng. The duo apparently abducted and killed the New York transplant in the 1980s, and killed Frisby, before dumping his body in a mass grave at Lake's cabin in Calaveras County, about 150 miles east of San Francisco.
