A beloved mother and her young daughter with an 'inseparable' bond have died after their car overturned into an icy Virginia pond. Kayeley Williams, 33, and her daughter Maddie, four, were driving in their 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe around 1:20 p.m. on January 6 when the tragic crash occurred. The car ran off the road and overturned into a pond in the 4000 block of Etna Mills Road in King William County, according to the Virginia State Police.
