PLAYSTATION customers have been reacting to a mic trick that was lately revealed on Reddit.

Consumer _oldschoolfellow started a thread to ask about PS5 ideas from pro gamers.

A lot of PlayStation fans revealed their ideas in the comments.

One standout piece of advance regarded the microphone on the controller.

The PS5's DualSense controller has a inbuilt microphone that can be used for chats.

One consumer suggested: "Make certain the microphone on the controller is on Mute.

"When the mic is lively, the adaptive set off's aren't nearly as good."

Adaptive triggers are designed to make users feel extra immersed in video games.

The PlayStation website explains: "Expertise varying ranges of pressure and rigidity as you work together together with your in-game gear and environments.

"From pulling again an increasingly tight bowstring to hitting the brakes on a rushing automotive, really feel bodily related to your on-screen actions."

PlayStation makes no point out of the controller mic making this function worse.

That hasn't stopped some customers from claiming to have skilled this.

One individual replied to the Reddit thread: "Holy, have my Ps5 for about 2 years and by no means heard about this."

The trick revealer replied: "Yep! It's annoying that it's not clearly talked about anyplace, as far as I know anyway."
