Mikel Arteta has rubbished speculation that he could possibly be set to go away Arsenal for Barcelona, branding the hyperlinks 'upsetting' and 'completely pretend news'.

At the weekend, a report from Spanish publication Sport claimed that Arteta was strongly considering leaving Arsenal at the finish of the season and had informed his shut circle that this was the case.
