Arizona dog owner charged with manslaughter after his five 'vicious' animals gnawed neighbor to death
An Arizona man has been charged with manslaughter after his unruly dogs attacked and killed a neighbor. Martin Martinez, 60, was arrested after his five vicious dogs escaped his property and attacked 43-year-old Kevin Renguul on March 30, reported KOLD. The Pima County Sheriff's Department said Renguul was found on bleeding from several bites and a pack of dogs around him on the 5000 block of West Camino Tierra.
