Smokey Robinson is facing two new sexual battery allegations
The claims come as part of a proposed amended complaint in the existing sexual battery lawsuit against the Motown legend
Both new accusers are former employers of the star, and it brings the total number of accusations against him to six
Two new accusers have come forward with sexual battery claims againstSmokey Robinson, six months after four women who once worked with the Grammy-winning star filed a $50 millionsexual assault lawsuit against him.
The women — who sued anonymously as Jane Does in May — filed a new motion in court on Nov. 14 looking to amend their complaint and add two more alleged victims: a man and a woman who both claim Robinson, 85, tried to force them to touch his erect penis.
In a statement shared with PEOPLE, Robinson's attorney Christopher Frostdenied the new allegations, calling the entire lawsuit an "organized, avaricious campaign to extract money from an 85-year-old legend."
"This group of people, who hide behind anonymity, and their attorneys seek global publicity while making the ugliest of false allegations," Frost said. "Once the public can see the truth, their avaricious motives and fabricated claims will be revealed."
According to the motion, which was obtained by PEOPLE, one of the new accusers, identified only as Jane Doe 5, allegedly endured "constant" harassment from Robinson while working as a housekeeper for him between 2005 on and off through 2011.

She claims that he grabbed her hand and tried to force her to touch his erect penis more than 10 times, and would also ask her to enter the bathroom while he was showering and ask her to scrub his back, per the motion.
The woman also alleges that the Motown star touched her breasts multiple times, causing trauma that ultimately led her to get breast reduction surgery in 2015. She also accuses Robinson's wife Frances of perpetuating a "hostile work environment" and using "ethnically pejorative" language toward her.
Meanwhile, John Doe 1 alleges in the motion that he began working for the Robinsons doing detail work on their cars in 2013. He claims that Robinson "touch[ed] and fondle[d]" his erect penis in front of him "numerous" times, and also tried to force him to touch his penis in 2022.
John Doe claims he was fired shortly after the incident, only for Frances to call him a year later and ask him to return to work. He did, but alleges that the harassment continued, causing "humiliation, emotional distress and ongoing fear for his safety and dignity," according to the motion.
"We commend these two courageous survivors for stepping forward and adding their voices to this case," the plaintiffs' attorney John Harris said in a statement to PEOPLE. "We look forward to advocating for them vigorously as they pursue the justice they deserve."

The motion claims the allegations from the two new accusers "mirror, both in substance and scope, those already set forth by Jane Does 1-4, and largely concern the same time periods, locations, and conduct by the same defendants," and asks the court to allow the plaintiffs to file the amended complaint.
A hearing on the motion is set for Jan. 6, 2026.
Weeks after the initial complaint was filed, Robinson filed a$500 million cross-complaintthat accused the plaintiffs and their legal counsel of defaming him at a press conference.
He also filed a motion to strike the initial complaint in May. A judge ruled in September that Robinson'saccusers are allowed to remain anonymousas the case moves forward, even though his lawyer argued in court that their pseudonyms were making it difficult for the defense to subpoena witnesses.
A trial is set for October 2027.
